6 Nations Betting Preview - Final Round

Six Nations Preview – Wales v Italy – Richard Shaw Wright

This is Richard Shaw Wright looking ahead to the final round of the Six Nations which kicks off with the battle for the wooden spoon on Saturday as Wales host Italy.

The visitors here are three points above Wales going into the game but with bonus points on offer, and of course four points for a win. That can easily be overturned with the draw against France and win over Scotland. Italy should be the selection and certainly will be on the handicap, as well as can't be battered odds on to win when there was four of four so far.

Now George North will retire after the game so sentimentally will take him to score last at 16/1 and while you need a hattrick to for him to reach 50 International tries, I won't be backing that even though it is a big price of course at 80/1

One try scorer though I will take in this one is Italy's Louis Lynagh. He was impressive against Scotland, and he's 9/4 anytime on Saturday.

Six Nations Preview – Ireland v Scotland – Richard Shaw Wright

This is Richard Shaw Wright looking ahead at to the final weekend of the action in the 2024 Six Nations and Ireland looking to bounce back from that one point defeat at Twickenham last weekend with a win, earning them back to Six Nations titles.

Now they take on Scotland in Dublin, who were also coming in off a defeat by two points away to Italy. And you’d imagine this will be as straightforward as things can be I just can't see past an island when but again, the temptation is to go with Scotland on the handicap here. T

The big question coming out of last weekend is how did the Scots score four tries in Rome, yet none of them from tournament topscorer Duhan Van Der Merwe. He's around the 8/5 mark to increase his tally of five here with both Dan Sheehan and James Lowe for either of those to score two or more appeals as well and both are priced around the 9/2 mark.

Six Nations Preview – Wales v Italy – Richard Shaw Wright

This is Richard Shaw Wright looking ahead to the final game of the 2024 Six Nations and the tournament ends in Lyon, France host England Le Crunch which may mean very little other than pride by kick off time depending on results elsewhere.

Now England's narrow victory over Ireland means they must be worth a little bit of value here with around 11/5 for the away when and of course taking them on the handicap as well here .

I like Ben Earl or George Furbank anytime – They are 14/5 and 4/1 respectively having been on target for Steve Borthwick’s side in the tournament earlier.

And as it's the crunch. Let's send the Six Nations off with a red card
