There's plenty of possibilities across Europe this Wednesday as the big guns get into their stride. David Easson has the best bets for Champions League Wednesday.
Sturm Graz versus Club Brugge feels the most Europa League of tonight’s Champions League fixtures and both will know this is their best chance of getting 3 points in their respective fixture lists. There should be a certain amount of Europa-style wayward attacking and even worse defending on show as well. Both are conceding goals in their own leagues, although Graz are doing better than Brugge who have already lost 3 of their first 9 matches.
Over 2.5 goals is the bet here at an excellent 4/5.
Monaco go to Dinamo Zagreb on the back of an incredible 2-1 win over Barcelona and a great start in the league in France. Dinamo got walloped 9-2 by Bayern Munich. Monaco are still unbeaten in Ligue Un and they should get a valuable away win here at 3/4.
Boost the acca a little further with what should be a solid home win for Liverpool against Bologna with over 2.5 goals. They have the firepower and might switch things round at the back so could be a little suspect at the back. Cody Gakpo is the player to watch for goals if he gets a start under the lights at Anfield.
You can also throw a Real Madrid away win at Lille into the list as we head to the final leg of the 5-timer which is Juventus at RB Leipzig.
Leipzig are currently third in the German league and are still unbeaten start to the season but Juve have also gone 6 without defeat and even better they’re yet to concede a goal.
They beat PSV 3-1 in their first match while Leipzig lost to Atletico Madrid despite taking the lead.
Take Juve on the double chance – if you can double that up with unders on the goals, take that as well.
So that’s over 2.5 goals in Sturm Graz v Club Brugge
Monaco to win in Zagreb
Liverpool and over 2.5 goals against Bologna
Real Madrid to win at Lille
And Juve double chance at RB Leipzig.
That’s an 11/1 acca for the Champions League this Wednesday
