This is Richard Shaw Wright, looking ahead to the return of the Six Nations this weekend and Italy versus Scotland kicks off the penultimate round of the 2024 tournament.
Hands up I got the home side here completely wrong last time out with their superb performance against France where they could and should have won. But they didn't, and I can't be against Scotland here and I'm not going to be.
It's just a matter of finding some creative ways to back them. Five tries in his three games so far so is Duhan Van Der Merwe at 12/1 to score hat-trick, not after doing that against England.
Nor is the 100/30 on offer for him to score two or more. That just seems great, doesn't it? Something is telling me that this may be a high scoring game, and that certainly means over 29 1/2 points for Scotland he's definitely worth a look.
